Tai Chi's gentle form exercise that focuses on good alignment and good movement. It strengthens the body slowly by doing the simple exercises. The movements in the form appear complicated at first but with practice the moves become simpler and part of the natural body movement. Practicing the form over time gently exercises the whole body.
